For some reason we don't seem to have many poppies around here. however, whilst I was in France and Belgium recently it was lovely to see plenty of them of the side of the road. they are such a beautiful flower!

Fabulous photos! Yes, I too love poppies, the fact that they are so fragile and yet can seemingly flourish anywhere.
